Top White House aide Rob Porter has just recently resigned from his position following allegations by two ex-wives of domestic assault and abuse. Porter has denied the allegations since, calling the claims 'outrageous' and 'simply false'.

Porter is one of the very few White House workers that have regular access to the President and are able to meet and speak with him whenever they want, without a meeting.

White House chief of staff John Kelly, of which was already under fire after a recent speech he made attacked some Dreamers as 'lazy', said that Porter was "a man of true integrity and honor and [he] can't say enough good things about him. He is a friend, a confidante and a trusted professional. I am proud to serve alongside him,".

Porter's wives both came out and stated that a consistent amount of physical violence and domestic assault and abuse was the reason behind both of their divorces.

Colbie Holderness married Porter in 2003. Almost instantly after their wedding, the physical abuse began. She told CNN News that Rob Porter had kicked her in the thigh during a fight they had while on their honeymoon, the first instance of reported abuse.

Colbie also told the news agency that Porter had often times forced her onto the bed and tried to choke her with one of his body parts.

In 2005, while the married couple were in Florence, Italy, Colbie says that Porter had punched her in the face, leaving a quite serious mark. It had been the only time that he had ever left a noticeable mark during the years of alleged abuse.

Porter denied the circumstances of the injury, of which she shared photos with CNN News. He admitted that he did in fact take the photo, like Colbie had said, but that her story and reality was "nowhere close to what is being described".

Rob's second wife, married in 2009, says he physically abused her after a fight they had back in December of 2010. After arguing, she told reporters that she disengaged and went and take a shower. He allegedly grabbed her by her shoulders and neck, dragged her out of the shower so he could've continued to yell at her.

"He immediately saw the look of shock and terror on my face and released me and apologized and attempted to make things right."

In 2016, Rob's girlfriend had reportedly contacted his two ex-wives saying Porter was abusive, a liar and a cheater and asking desperately for help on how to end her relationship with him or recover from any emotional abuse she was sufferring.

CNN refused to name her in their exclusive reporting as she works for the federal government and did not respond to any attempts to reach her.

Right now, it is rumored that Rob Porter is dating the White House communications director Hope Hicks, though unconfirmed. Whether or not Porter has kept a violent character of which he is accused of having for two decades, is unsure.
