Trump attacks Al Franken, ignores Moore on sexual accusations

The U.S. President has had his own share of sexual assault accusations, fully claiming they are fake. In fact, it resembles the way Roy Moore, a Senate candidate for the state of Alabama, also ignored and denounced his minimum eight accusers.

Trump has anywhere between, as the MR Times can gather, 14 to 18 accusations of sexual misconduct including sexual abuse, sexual harassment, sexual assault laid against the currently seated U.S. leader. But the White House, as well as Trump himself, have stated their stance is that the accusers are simply lying.

During the campaign, as accusations took over media headlines, Trump lead a chant at his rallies following his statement he'd sue all of his 'false accusers' once he took office, calling the statements fully false and saying he respects women.

Roy Moore, after being accused by at least eight women, is risking his potential Senate seat. In a FOX News poll, the Republican senate candidate falls short 8 points in an Alabama race prediction - signifying Democrats might make a rare win in the state. This as many Republicans lose support for the Moore campaign.

Moore was accused of sexual assault on numerous women when they were young teens. Beverly Young Nelson accused Moore of groping her then trying to force her neck onto his body. "I thought he was going to rape me," she told the press in a briefing. She provided evidence, of which was accused of being forgery, proving that Moore signed her yearbook "Love, Roy Moore D.A."

Moore's campaign stated they believed the signature was a fake; comparing numbers, letters within the message itself saying nothing matched. They called upon an analysis of the signature if Beverly hands the yearbook over, of which her attorney responded they would cooperate with if they agree to a Senate hearing under oath.

Officials stated that within Alabama's streets, however, it's actually quite hard to find Republicans that are willing to admit they no longer support him. One of journalists in the state capital stated that almost everyone they asked stated that Roy is innocent until proven guilty; with many saying they aren't sure if they will still vote for him.

Politics rose a major question of Trump's hypocrisy, however, as Democratic Senator Al Franken was accused of groping a woman in 2006. Picture evidence confirmed the act. Al Franken apologized to his accuser, to the entire government and all of his supporters. The accuser, a Los Angeles news anchor known as Leeann T., said she accepted his apology and said she thinks he really meant his apology via an interview on CNN.

Trump, refusing to comment on Roy Moore's accusations publicly and ignoring questions by the press regarding the issue - even after nearly all Republicans called for Moore to step down - has now condemned, publicly, via Twitter, Sen. Al Franken calling his acts disgusting and horrific. He even rose the question of where his hands ended up following later pictures.

After the President's horrific attacks on Al Franken, politics is the main topic of these types of accusations. Trump refused to comment any further on the Republican accused senate candidate, but almost immediately commented on the Democratic senator's accusations.

Also, left-wing media has now brought up the President's accusers - of which most claim wasn't properly discussed in previous coverage. They are also bringing up the Access Hollywood tape, of which the President admits to sexually assaulting or harassing women.

"I'm attracted to beautiful. I just kiss them, they're like a kiss magnet. I don't even wait. And when you're a celebrity, they let you do it. You can do whatever you want. Kiss them, grab them by the p***y, anything." the President said. His supporters argued that it was 'locker room talk', which is an extremely weak argument.

The GOP's response to allegations against Moore rose the question; why wasn't it the same when the accusations were on candidate Trump? Why isn't the GOP denouncing the fact that Trump isn't condemning Moore, but is so quick to attack Al Franken?
